Return Conditions Information

You can return the product(s) you have purchased within 14 days from the delivery date without giving any reason, provided that they comply with the following conditions:

To initiate a return through the easy return option on Gentlemanhorses.com, you need to select the product(s) you want to return and create a return request. You must deliver the products to Yurtiçi Cargo branch or our company address within 7 days using the provided return code. We kindly request you to write the return code visibly, legibly, and non-erasable on the box of the products.

In case of returns made with non-agreed courier companies, the shipping fee must be covered by you; otherwise, the shipment will not be accepted.

Once the product is returned, the product price will be refunded within fourteen (14) days from the date we receive your return notification. You can track your refund with your bank reference number through your bank. In case you did not pay the shipping fee due to a campaign, Gentleman Horses reserves the right to deduct the shipping fee from the total sales amount in case of cancellation of the order subject to the campaign.

If all products included in the same order are returned, the shipping fee will be refunded to you.

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

If the original package, box, and packaging of the products (e.g., perfumes, gift sets, etc.) are damaged.
If all accessories provided to you are not complete.
If the products in your order are used or damaged to the extent that their resalability is compromised.
If the return shipment is not sent in its original special box.
The following products do not have a legal right of withdrawal even if they are unused:

Products or services whose prices depend on fluctuations in financial markets and are not under the control of Gentleman Horses.
b. Products prepared according to the customer's requests or personal needs (e.g., personalized gift packages with modifications/additions).
c. Products that are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons once their protective elements, such as packaging, tape, seal, or package, are opened after delivery.  Such products include perfumes, body sprays, body creams, body oils, body lotions, underwear, silicone bras, corsets, bodysuits, teddies, babydolls, all sets of upper and lower underwear, etc.
d. Products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.
e. Services that have begun to be performed with the customer's consent before the expiration of the right of withdrawal.
Only unused bikinis and swimsuits with the hygiene band intact and undamaged packaging can be returned if their resalability is not compromised.
If the invoice of the product is issued in the name of a company, you need to send the product with a return invoice issued by the company, excluding the shipping fee, in the form of "Product Unit Price + VAT(KDV)." Otherwise, the product cannot be accepted for return. You must create a "Easy Return Request" on our website and deliver it to Yurtiçi Cargo branch or our company office with the return invoice.

Partial returns are not accepted for promotional or campaign products purchased in multiple quantities. All promotional products must be returned together in case of a return.
